It was as expected, had an absolutely amazing stay for a business trip. The hotel was clean and our room was updated and functional. The venue had indeed a good and perfect location close to the airport. Further, it was close 

Request a garden view room for a more peaceful ambiance, away from the busier areas of the hotel.

Room was like a sauna and tired looking

Location brilliant for M25, short walk to town centre. Comfortable lounge for reading, eating or coffee.

The hotel was impeccably clean with delightfully helpful and very efficient staff who provided us with savoury breakfasts.

Modest hotel unit with surprisingly fast internet connection.

Everyone who worked at the hotel who we had contact with was most helpful and very friendly.

Great location and comfy vibe

We spent 2 nights here and really loved the chill location. The staff was super nice, and breakfast had a decent range—though gluten-free options could be better. I got a roll that was a bit too tough. The free parking is a win, and it’s just a hop to the train station, making it easy to explore London!

Being told our room was above the noisy function room when we arrived and we had no choice as there were no other rooms available.

We stayed here because it was a well-known and respected name in hotel/motel branding. The hotel was neat, clean and the staff were very pleasant.

Comfortable room, excellent shower, with free parking and a welcoming bar/lounge area perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring.

Entirely satisfied

We were staying due to a family bereavement and the staff were so helpful especially with my little grandson who was very sad.
